The National Radar Recruiting Update: Latest offers to 2023 CFB prospects

The National radar takes a look at the latest offers for some of the top Class of 2023 prospects in the nation.


Adon Shuler | 6-0 | 190 | ATH | New Jersey | 2023



Adon Shuler picked up several offers on Feb. 22. Texas A&M, Florida State, Akron, Ole Miss, Duke, Vanderbilt, Michigan State, and Kent State all offered Shuler. He’s arguably one of the top 3 players in New Jersey’s 2023 recruiting class. Incredibly, he nearly doubled his amount of offers in one day. Notre Dame, Boston College, Florida, and Cincinnati are among his other FBS offers.


AJ Hoffler | 6-5 | 245 | DE | Georgia | 2023



Hoffler was offered by Feb. 21 by Florida. Ohio State, Auburn, Florida State, Cincinnati, and Michigan State are among his other 40-plus offers.


Anthony Reddick | 6-3 | 210 | DE-LB | Virginia | 2023

Reddick received an offer from Virginia Tech on Feb. 21. His other offers include ODU, Coastal Carolina, Duke, and Liberty.

Edward Hartig | 6-5 | 290 | OL | Indiana | 2023

Edward Hartig received an offer from Kent State on Feb. 21. He also has an offer from Western Michigan.

Jonathan Pennix | 6-0 | 180 | CB | Virginia | 2023

Pennix picked up his eighth offer from Elon University on Feb. 22. Boston College, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pitt are among his other offers.


Jordan Mayer | 6-5 | 230 | DE | Pennsylvania | 2023

Mayer received an offer from Charlotte on Feb. 22. His other offers include Duke, Toledo, West Virginia, and Boston College.


KP Price | 6-2 | 180 | S | Maryland | 2023

Price received his first HBCU offer from Howard on Feb. 21. His other 10-plus offers include West Virginia, Wake Forest, Syracuse, Toledo, and Syracuse.


Marcus Stokes | 6-2 | 185 | QB | Florida | 2023



Stokes received an offer from Pitt on Feb. 22. He has other offers from Florida Atlantic, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Indiana, and Memphis.

Ryan Manning | 5-11 | 170 | WR | Maryland | 2023



Manning received an offer from Kansas on Feb. 22. He’s been one of the hottest recruits in the DMV area since the end of the 2021 football season.


Ryan McKinnis | 6-2 | 200 | RB | Georgia | 2023



McKinnis received an offer from Kansas on Feb. 22. His other offers include West Virginia, UMass, Liberty, Colorado and Duke.


Trevor Goosby | 6-5 | 245 | OL | Texas | 2023



Goosby was offered by Colorado State on Feb. 22. His other offers include Kansas, North Texas, SMU, and TCU. He took an unofficial visit to TCU in late January.
