National Radar Spotlight: 20 Class of 2023 QB's to watch from Georgia

The state of Georgia is home to some of the top signal-callers in the southeastern part of the United States. The class of 2023 features at least 20 quarterbacks who threw for over 2,000 or more yards this past season. National Radar takes a look at some of the quarterbacks that both have offers and who don’t have offers. There’s no question that all of these quarterbacks have an opportunity to raise their stock in the upcoming months.


COLIN HOUCK | 6-2 | 175 | PARKVIEW



Houck should see his recruitment pick up in the next several months. He currently has offers from Arkansas, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, and Vanderbilt. Houck has taken unofficial visits to Georgia Tech (6/15/21) and Pittsburgh (10/23/2021). During the 2021 season, Houck completed 154-of-284 passes for 2,142 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions in 11 games.


DYLAN LONERGAN | 6-2 | 215 | BROOKWOOD

With over 20-plus offers, Lonergran is the top quarterback prospect in the state. His offer list includes Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida, and Georgia. Lonegran completed 234-of-371 yards, 32 touchdowns, and three interceptions in 13 games last season. He also rushed 90 times for 645 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. Impressive.


DYLAN WITTKE | 6-2 | 185 | BUFORD

Wittke has offers from Appalachian State, Charlotte, Colorado, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, and UMass.


ETHAN WASHINGTON | 6-3 | 190 | NORTH GWINNETT

Washington has an offer from Charlotte. He completed 147-of-287 passes for 12 touchdowns, and seven interceptions in 12 games last season. Washington also did a little damage running the football. He rushed 113 times for 496 yards and five touchdowns.


JALEN WOODS | 6-3 | 200 | WOODWARD ACADEMY

Woods has offers from Miami (OH) and Toledo. He completed 95-of-137 passes for 1,294 yard, 13 touchdowns, and one interception last season.


KASEN WEISMAN | 6-2 | 170 | SOUTH PAULDING

Weisman has offer from California, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville State, Liberty, and Northern Iowa. He completed 120-of-191 passes for 2,035 yards, 17 touchdowns, and six interceptions in 10 games last season.


MALACHI SINGLETON | 6-1 | 220 | NORTH COBB

Singleton was an All-State selection for the 2021 season. His 12-plus offers include Arkansas, Cincinnati, Georgia, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. Singleton completed 152-of-208 passes for 2,168 yards, 21 touchdowns, and three interceptions in ten games last season. His completed a very impressive 73% of his passes. If that wasn’t impressive enough, his performance running the football are eye-opening as well. Singleton carried the football 136 times for 872 yards and 22 touchdowns on the ground.


PAULY SEELEY | 6-0 | 190 | NEW HAMPSTEAD



Seely’s offer list includes Bowling Green, Western Kentucky, Cincinnati, Miami (OH), and Wake Forest. He completed 128-of-229 passes for 1,925 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions in 10 games last season.


RJ JOHNSON | 6-2 | 200 | WESTLAKE

Johnson was an All-State selection for the 2021 season. He has offers from Eastern Kentucky, Florida Atlantic, Liberty, Middle Tennessee State, Toledo, and UAB. Johnson completed 182-of-279 passes for 2,673 yards, 25 touchdowns, and four interceptions in 13 games last season.

Gordon completed 191-of-297 passes for 2,990 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions in 13 games last season.


FABIAN WALKER | 6-1 | 185 | CHAMBLEE

Walker completed 127-of-195 passes for 2,275 yards, 35 touchdowns, and five interceptions in ten games last season.


GEIMERE LATIMER | 5-9 | 165 | SANDY CREEK

Latimer had a strong junior year campaign. He completed 169-of-283 passes for 2,792 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in 11 games last season. He also added 90 rushes for 454 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground last season.


JACK CENDOYA | 6-1 | 185 | MOUNT PIGSA CHRISTIAN

Cendoya completed 176-of-272 passes for 2,483 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions in 11 games last season. He also carried the football 188 times for 733 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground.


JAI’QUE HART | 6-2 | 168 | LITHIA SPRINGS

Hart completed 207-of-362 passes for 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions in 12 games last season.


JAMAL SANDERS | 5-9 | 180 | BROOKS COUNTY

Sanders completed 111-of-183 passes for 2,310 yards, 28 touchdowns, and six interceptions in 14 games last season. He also carried the football 103 times for 541 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground.


KEEGAN STOVER | 6-4 | 215 | WEST FORSYTH



During the 2021 season, Stover completed 167-of-282 passes for 2,409 yards, 25 touchdowns, and three interceptions in 11 games.


LOGAN CROSS | 6-6 | 185 | SOCIAL CIRCLE

Cross completed 180-of-293 passes for 2,213 yards, 24 touchdowns, and six interceptions in 11 games last season

OWEN BROOKER | NORTHWEST WHITFIELD

Brooker completed 224-of-362 passes for 25 touchdowns, and seven interceptions in 12 games last season. He also rushed 115 times for 624 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground last season.


QAMAR GRANT | 6-5 | 240 |PEBBLEBROOK

Grant completed 154-of-287 passes for 2,500 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions in 122 games last season.


SHAIHI BROWN | 6-1 | 165 | EAGLE’S LANDING

Brown completed 149-of-209 passes for 2,442 yards, 15 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in ten games last season.
