Dione Thomas, a promising defensive back from Twelve Bridges High School in California, Class of 2028, has secured his spot in the Dream Football Classic. At 5’10” and 154 pounds, Dione has already shown his ability to read offenses and excel in coverage, positioning himself as one of the top young defensive backs to watch.
Dione’s strengths lie in his ability to read defenses, his speed, and his natural instincts on the field. These attributes allow him to effectively cover receivers and disrupt plays before they develop. His quick reflexes and coachable demeanor make him a valuable member of any team he joins.
The Dream Football Classic will provide Dione with a platform to showcase his abilities on a national level while continuing to develop under the guidance of experienced mentors. With his work ethic and talent, Dione is poised to make a significant impact at this prestigious event.
Committee leader and CEO of Dream Sports Group, Shannon Riley, says “the athletes that were selected have exemplified great leadership skills on and off the field, and have stood out as leading performers in each position. We believe that these are the next stars of the game, and we want to recognize them for their outstanding achievements and help them get to the next level.”
180 student athletes from across the nation will be selected to play. Dream Sports Group congratulates him on this prestigious honor and once in a lifetime opportunity.
