Introducing Dream Football Classic Defensive Back, Cannon Marshall

PRESS RELEASE

We are excited to announce that Cannon Marshall from Lewisburg High School in Mississippi has accepted his invitation to participate in the Dream Football Classic. At 5’10” and 155 pounds, Cannon is a defensive back known for his exceptional speed, quickness, and tenacity on the field. His hard-hitting style and ability to excel in both zone and man coverage make him a key defensive asset, capable of shutting down opposing offenses and making game-changing plays. Cannon's high football IQ and instinctive play have earned him recognition as one of the top defensive talents in his class.

The Dream Football Classic provides Cannon with a unique opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers of the game, including former NFL players and current college coaches. Throughout the weekend, he will participate in developmental activities designed to sharpen his skills, enhance his football intelligence, and further refine his defensive strategies. Cannon's ability to read offensive schemes and disrupt plays will be challenged as he competes against the nation's top high school athletes, helping him to grow as a player and elevate his game to new heights.

Cannon’s relentless pursuit of excellence, both on and off the field, has made him a standout at Lewisburg High School. His participation in the Dream Football Classic will provide him with the exposure and experience necessary to continue his football journey at the next level. Congratulations to Cannon Marshall on this incredible opportunity, and we look forward to seeing him shine on the national stage!

Committee leader and CEO of Dream Sports Group, Shannon Riley, says “the athletes that were selected have exemplified great leadership skills on and off the field, and have stood out as leading performers in each position. We believe that these are the next stars of the game, and we want to recognize them for their outstanding achievements and help them get to the next level.”

180 student athletes from across the nation will be selected to play. Dream Sports Group congratulates him on this prestigious honor and once in a lifetime opportunity.
